Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: June 6, 2025

At OndinkiFuel, every bag of coffee is roasted fresh to order. Because of the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless a product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ondinkifuelcontact@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll review the claim and, if approved, send out a replacement at no additional cost. Please note: we cannot issue refunds for orders claimed as incorrect or damaged after the 7-day window.

Order Issues Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your order was marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

Subscription Orders

If you’re subscribed to receive OndinkiFuel regularly, you can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime prior to the next billing date. Once a recurring order is processed, it follows the same no-refund policy above.
