Where We Ship
We currently serve customers across the United States, including Puerto Rico.
Shipping to other countries is not available at this time.

How We Ship

  • All coffee is roasted fresh upon order—whole bean on the same day, ground coffee the next day

  • Typically, orders ship within 1–5 business days from order placement help.dripshipper.io+12intercom.help+12data-medics.com+12

  • Once out the door, standard U.S. ground shipping takes another 1–5 business days

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates

Standard Ground 2–10 business days
Expedited (if offered at checkout) 2–6 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or peak season volume.

Shipping Costs

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

  • Occasional promotions may include free or flat‑rate shipping offers

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment so you can watch your coffee on its way.

Delivery Issues
Once a carrier marks your order as “Delivered,” it's considered complete. If it doesn’t arrive:

  • Double-check the shipping address you provided

  • Contact the carrier to file a claim

  • Let us know if you need help—we can support you after tracking is confirmed

We’re not liable for claims after delivery confirmation.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
Found an issue with your order? Please email ondinkifuelcontact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the issue

  • Short description

We’ll validate and send a replacement or issue a resolution without extra cost.

Subscription Orders
For coffee subscriptions:

  • You may pause or cancel before your next billing date

  • Once processed, the order is final and subject to the standard policy above
